Rehabilitation Process Step by Step

Each stage is carried out by certified specialists using state-of-the-art equipment and rigorous documentation.

Access Preparation

For liner installation inside the pipes, access is typically achieved through existing manholes. Where manholes are absent, point interventions are performed through temporary excavations or launch pits, strategically placed near connections or critical points along the pipe route.

Pipe Cleaning

Cleaning is carried out using a vacuum/jetting truck equipped with a high-pressure installation and water recycling system. It uses standard or rotary nozzles mounted on a trolley adapted to the pipe diameter, which advances automatically and completely removes deposits and obstructions.

Video Inspection & Repairs

After cleaning, the pipe is video-inspected to verify its condition. Any defects — cracks or holes — are repaired manually by authorized personnel or, where applicable, using specialized robots, ensuring an optimal surface for liner application.

Liner Installation

The liner is drawn into the pipe by a winch that maintains constantly controlled speed and force. Once fully positioned, both ends of the liner are sealed with metallic end caps inflated with compressed air, preparing the surface for polymerization.

UV Polymerization

A chain equipped with UV lamps is introduced inside the liner to cure it. UV polymerization ensures uniform, rapid and controlled hardening along the entire pipe length, resulting in a durable and resistant structure.

Verification & Acceptance

The rehabilitated section undergoes a final video inspection, followed by washing, disinfection and pressure tests in accordance with applicable standards. This ensures safe and durable long-term pipe operation.
